Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team in managing essential HR functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting employees and streamlining HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, answer employee inquiries, and assist with open enrollment
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
- Provide administrative support for performance management and employee relations processes
- Organize and maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures
- Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of HR experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
